123outsource.net has a variety of BPO companies all with different assortments of specialties. The companies in the actual BPO category have specialties that are very varied, or miscellaneous by nature. We put the companies that have most of their specialties in data related services in the Data section, and call centers are in the call center category, those who do mostly medical transcriptions, fall into the medical transcription category, etc. Since most BPO companies have a variety of specialties, its hard to put any of them in a definitive category. Most of these companies fall into at least two or three categories. So, we look at what category they seem to be best suited in.

The main focus of 123outsource.net is to help companies get business, and to help browsers find the best service providers to meet their needs. We try to see which companies seem the most responsive and friendly, and put those higher on the list of search results. We try to categorize data in a way that is most helpful to the browser. There is no perfect way to do all of this, so we rely on instincts and common sense. The main point is that companies who put care into what they do, generally end up with good results, and care is one of our main components.

We are developing all sorts of resource materials about BPO companies, and we hope you find it useful and entertaining. We will be adding more links below as time goes on, not to mention extensive blog materials during 2011 and following years. Our blog should be funcitonal in late 2010, and we intend to create an average of two blogs a week. We have seen other companies' blogs and forums which are filled with ambiguous and empty entries. One blog left me reading dozens of posts that contained roughly one useful sentence per page. We intend to keep our blogs interesting, helpful, and occassionally funny. The purpose of a blog is not only to educate, and enlighten, but also to entertain.
