If the payroll data is not uploaded for some employees then we use to do manual entries in Pay lines.
• Post Payroll Process (GL):-After Payroll Processing post payroll reports were done and analyses were done for the same reports. Cheques were printed and posted.
• Co- ordinate with Accounts department for payment receipts.
• Escalation Solving:- Queries were solved in the application named Seibel. Queries such as Shift premium, Earnings and deduction, Retro, Overpayment, w2, set up of W4 form, taxes and deductions etc.
