Current professional work exposure:

Presently working with The ICFAI University Group – Federation of Universities, Central Administrative Office, Hyderabad as Senior Law Officer from 16-10-2006. In The ICFAI University, I am handling matters relating to Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Contractual agreements, lease agreements, verifying land documents, Trade Marks and Intellectual Property Rights.

Projects handled :

Verifying and scrutinising the documents relating to lease and contractual
agreements.

Scrutinising the land related documents, checking revenue related aspects
and finalising the documents.

Registration of the Sale Deeds and other documents with the registering
authorities.

Assisted senior counsels in High Court in civil matters, Company matters,
Writ Petitions and Writ Appeals.

Drafting of Plaints, criminal complaints, consumer complaints, Petitions, Counters, Writ Affidavits, Writ counter Affidavits, documentation, filing procedures at Lower Courts and High Court.

Attended Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, City Small Causes Court, City Civil Courts and Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Mumbai.

Briefing outstation advocates and appointing advocates in the matters to be represented before the Lower Courts and High Courts.
