Prepare tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking tools regularly. Undertake various trend analyses of data and ensure automation of such reports. Creating MIS/ Dashboard reports.
Maintenance, Installation, Testing, Diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals.
Managed and troubleshoot LAN/WAN setup consisting of more than 160 systems.
Weekly download and update related Software’s and Antivirus Patches.
Installation & Configuration of mail (MS-Outlook) on client side.
Providing technical support Onsite, Offsite through Email and over the phone clients.
Performing hardware/software upgrades, replacements, user configurations, system maintenance, network/internet setup configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting including all peripherals.
Supervise my team for day-to-day activity and finish the work within due time & according to its necessity. |
