 Working in Hcl Technologies as a Data Analyst and taking care on Quality Check and Process Trainer in my process from May 10 to Till Date
 DATA ANALYST - We cross reference customer SKUs against competitor’s SKUs. We use open internet search engines & competitor’s websites to match information provided by the client & suggest an appropriate or exact SKU in customer catalog.
 By cross referencing the SKU’s we assist the Bid Team of the customer, which includes pricing Analysts in their day-to-day activities. This creates extra bandwidth for customer pricing Analysts to focus on optimal pricing leading to margin enhancements and higher win to bid ratio.

 Worked in TCS Bpo as a Report Analyst from November 08 to April 10.
 Handling the maximum number of work load with 0% error and Client escalations. Maintaining good rapo with Clients handling critical projects and doing QC job for others.
 Responsibilities Skills in communicating with Clients for maintaining information related DB for whole team of 50 Members.
 Worked as a Senior Executive in Datamatics Technologies LTD, Chennai from May 2006 to Oct 2008. Having 2.4 yrs of experience in Journal & Legal Data Processing and Formatting & Quality Check of documents.
 Ensuring timeliness in job delivery with expected Quality. Coordinating with third party vendors and assisting them to meet quality and turnaround time.
 At present we are processing 250 pages per day. Our average volume is 3600 pages per day. Our aim is to increase the in-house productivity by 300 pages per day there by more volume can be accommodated. |
